This is our system status page. We will report any problems or upcoming maintenance issues here.

Please note: When this page is unavailable, you can call our support telephone number which is 0844 736 5298 ext2 (Mon-Fri 9.15-17.15). Rest assured though if there's a major issue we'll already be fixing it.

We monitor our servers 24 hours a day so if there's an issue with the availability of the Insight service we will be alerted and work on resolving the issue immediately.
